ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
 
 
 
  1. The agreement of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Computer Systems is established between the particular customer under signed and the CyberNet only.
  2. Minimum AMC value Rs. 1250 /- per year (without parts) for Cooch Behar Town only.
  3. The above AMC value is only for Computer System (CPU, Monitor, Keyboard, and Mouse). The value should be change due to other External devices / accessories like – Printer, UPS, and Scanner etc …..
  4. In between AMC period if any Hardware parts or accessories are damaged then the extra cost bare by the customer.
  5. CyberNet provides his Customer support according to the serial no. of Call Book Record. CyberNet informed the customer about his/her Serial No. and date of visiting at the time of Call Booking.
  6. Due to the natural calamities if any customer did not get his/her service at right date and time no claim/ complain is entitled for that.
  7. In case of urgency, customer can bring the System at our service centre after consulting with CN Officials.
  8. In case of major problem/ fault, System Engineer has the right to bring the Computer System at our Service Centre after getting proper approval of the customer.
  9. If it is found that, Computer (which is under AMC) damage/ malfunctioning due to mishandling/ Experiments/ Virus then service charges may be extra, depending on the norms of CyberNet Officials.
  10. In case of non-availability of damaged hardware parts or accessories if servicing made delay then at that condition no claim will be entitled from the side of Customer.
  11. Within the AMC period if it is found that any unauthorized person who check or repair or service the Computer System which is under AMC, without any prior information, in such a condition CN officials have the full right to cancel the agreement.
  12. No service call will be attended on Sunday or any Holiday.
  13. Customer support will be providing in between 10:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M.
  14. AMC starting after completion of all official procedure in presence of both parties.
  15. If customers willing to change his/her present address, it must inform to the CyberNet Officials.
In that case if the new address is outside the Cooch Behar town then T.A. for each visit will be bare by the customer.
  1. Without the proper approval/information of CN Officials no up-gradation or replacement or selling of Computer system is made, which is under AMC agreement
  2. If customer willing to upgrade his/her System he can inform us officially. CyberNet can give this support to the customer without taking any Extra Installation charges.
  3. After completion of AMC period (One year) customers can extend his/her AMC by signing up a new agreement.
  4. The customers have no right to cancel the AMC agreement without showing any proper reason/cause.
  5. If any obligation is arise between the valid customer and CN Officials, then both parties try to resolve it through proper verbal communication.
